ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY, UNHELPFUL COMPANY

We have been trying to cancel our contracts with telkom since January now. Mid May we were told that it was canceled however we are STILL receiving debit orders. There has been COUNTLESS emails to them, COUNTLESS phone calls and airtime wasted. Yet NOTHING from January to date. It is unacceptable that we should be paying MONTHS after having requested to have the contract cancelled. I have been corresponding with them and now all of a sudden they need to speak to the director of the company or need him to send an email, after having told them he is unavailable as he is an extremely busy man they simply told me that they can not do anything further, not even tell me whether or not the contract has been cancelled.
