Absolutely, ridiculously shocking lack of service

I would give them 0 stars if possible. The service is non-existant. I cannot get hold of anyone on the telephone lines or on the help tab on the website or on the app! How ridiculous. You pay your account every month but they cannot be bothered to assist when necessary.
