Absolutely ridiculous service

I live in centurion and have had 4 appointments with telkom booked through the normal channels and booked through the customer service manager to come install a adsl line which is vital to my work. On each occasion they did not arrive to do the work. i received absolutely no feedback as to why they did not come. they are booked for today but no one can tell me if they will actually pitch today or not.
