Absolutely ridiculous and bad service provider

This is the worst service provider they keep debiting our accounts for payment and changing the reference this is unacceptable. As we have paid all amounts and now they keep blocking our phones. They don't help when you call the customer service line. The agents are rude. We been trying for months to get this sorted out with no help from them
