Absolutely poor service by Telkom

Telkom thanks for your absolutely poor service and no response after my previous complaint!! You guys dont know anything about customer service.I ordered a Telkom ADSL line on the 10th of Jan 2018 and we are going into March? When are you coming to install the line?
