Absolutely Poor service

14days ago I went to get a contract from Telkom East Rand mall. They committed that I will have my phone within 7 to 14 days. I have been calling them to track my phone on *** for several times with no luck. I decided to go to shop today 13/12/2025, while waiting in the I dialed the number to surprise it was ringing and they completely ignored the phone. Even the supervisor or manager did not even care.

Long and short of it I ask for my phone which they did not have yet. They just don't care about their customers/ Income.
