Absolutely poor and pathetic service from telkom

I have received nothing but poor service from telkom over the last month.

from being on hold for consultants for over 20 minutes and still not getting to achieve the task

I wish I had another option and then I could just cancel everything associated with telkom

that rating of 1 star is way too high a rating even
