Absolutely pathetic service #no service at all

No response at all We are told to do everything either on the website or call centre for one the wesite only allows you to do as much and the call centre well i dont think anyone works there because there is no answer what so ever. I went to the clearwater branch yesterday and the lady that assisted wasnt very helpful at all. I dont understand why Telkom should make it almost impossible to cancel a contract that is expiring anyway. My contracts are due for upgrade but with this kind of service it nakes me want to think twice before renewing
