Absolutely Pathetic service - No regard for TCF

<p>Telkom mobile is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever come accross in the financial services industry. I registered online for a phone contract, within 3 days they deduct the money from my account. Now when it comes to giving me the actual product, no one gets back to me. I have been calling the call centre everyday from the 26th December. Its either i'm calling out of operating hours or I hold on for 10 mins or longer and no one answers...EVERYDAY. They tell me the call is only free if its from a telkom mobile number, but i dont have the telkom mobile number or phone THATS THE WHOLE REASON FOR THE CALL! I send emails, no reply.....Never mind treating customers fairly, If you take money from me that quickly, you should be able to deliver at the same speed.</p>
