Absolutely pathetic service from useless Telkom

<p>For anyone contemplating using any Telkom product.... DON'T.... Their service is absolutely pathetic, we recently signed up for fibre wifi through Telkom and received a message that the wifi would be installed on the 9th of February.... On the day of the 9th they had the excuse of " we don't have enough cables to install" and we were told we would have to wait another 5 days. 5 days came and went and we were told that we would have to wait till today to install.....the excuse today is that "they did not budget for all the correct items that are needed for installation to take place" and that that our application will cancel itself. How can you not budget for a promotion that has been advertised time and time again?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Beyond pathetic service from a company who claim to be "SA's number 1 broadband provider" that is the biggest lie of the century. </p> <p> </p> <p>Don't be fooled by Telkom.</p>
