Absolutely Pathetic Service

<p>My phone line has been down since July 2016, I have been phoning Telkom via my cellphone every second day since then. On numerous occassions we were told that a technician has been assigned and will come to the residence...we are still waiting. Escalating the fault, talking to team supervisors, managers etc ..makes no difference. ***.</p>
