Absolutely pathetic service

<p>I have had my adsl line installed 4 weeks ago and only had one day of internet connection. A technician was sent out to resolve my problem and got a fault on the line wich he "repaired". An hour after he left the line was down again. Have registered another fault and elevated the fault at the telkom store. But have no news in 2 weeks and the store can not tell me when it will be fixed. How can i pay for a line thats not working?! And why is it taking so long to repair what seems to be a small issue?! Definitely moving to another service provider </p>
