Absolutely pathetic service

<p>I was trying to purchase an LTE product from Telkom. I tried to contact them last night and after pressing several numbers on their IVR was advised they were closed. I then tried the chat service on their website and after waiting 5 minutes with no reply I logged out. I tried calling this morning and after waiting for 10 minutes, being thanked for my patience, I hung up to go to a meeting. I just tried again and hung up after waiting for 20 minutes. I tried the chat service and am still waiting for a reply. I fact I have opened this hello Peter account and written this complete complaint while waiting for their friendly agent to respond to my chat request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will now try another service provider and hope to get better service.</p>
