Absolutely Pathetic Service

I have come to the conclusion that Telkom is the biggest excuse for a business and certainly should not be allowed to trade. Nearly 3 months ago I took out a LTE contract with them and to date I am still battling to get the Wi-fi to work. After more than 15 hours on the phone with Telkom, emails and idol promises I continue to pay for a service which I do not have. And the interesting thing is that our data is being used on a monthly basis and not by us. The staff clearly do not want to be there as one tried to give me her CV for a job. They do not take ownership of the problems at all and do not call you back when they say they will. This business is a joke and I will assume that no one will contact me either with regards to this. The best of it is I currently have 4 contracts running with Telkom which will certainly not be renewed. I am a very unhappy and dissatisfied client.
