Absolutely pathetic

I've been trying to get hold and the agents are the most horrible and unfriendly people you could speak to.... I'm not sure if the lady was working from home cause I could hear her child in the back ground. She left me for over 20mins on hold and I could hear her typing on her phone and receivimg messages until she cut the call on me . I would really like someone to cancel this pathetic service that I'm paying for
