Absolutely pathetic, booked a urgent technical call out for wifi problem, haven't had wifi since June, been waiting since last week wed, for 8 days for a tech to come. Beyond pathetic, account is paid in full, spent 2 wks on the phone daily being pushed to different departments. Absolutely disgusting service
