Absolutely Pathetic and Disgusting Service!!!!

I took out this contract over the phone with a Sales consultant named Terence Mbongwa. This was over a month ago. I had my account debited & I didn't even have the phone. I waited 2 weeks for the phone to arrive. When I did this application over the phone, I stressed to him so many times that I want to port my number from Cell C through to you guys. Ever since I received my phone last week Thursday 4th Feb, I have been begging Terence to get my number ported. This morning he said that he had put in the request for the 3rd time & there's nothing more he can do because it comes down to his Team leader. He said his Team Leader is the one that puts the request through. This just shows me that Terences Team Leader doesn't give a damp about a new customer. I am so tired of the pathetic and horrible service I have received right from the beginning. I have never in my life received such pathetic service. I will definitely be posting this on Facebook and Twitter. That Team Leader needs to be slapped!!!
