Absolutely pathetic

<p>We had an existing adsl line but sold our property and requested that our line be transferred to our new property, we have been waiting for this to take place since february as numerous phone calls and endless refernce numbers we are still waiting for our line to be installed, what do we need to do to actually get our line installed and i want to be reimbursed for all these months and i have a debit order going off every month, this is absolutely pathetic, there is no customer service at all. </p>
