Absolutely P-ed Off!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of Telkom for them to rectify a mistake that THEY made on my account!!!!!!! They are holding me accountable for almost R1000, for a mistake that their consultants made and their consultants keep giving me bogus numbers to contact to sort out my issue!
