Absolutely no service from Telkom

Telkom business is absolutely useless. When I want to upgrade no one can help me, as the sales department doesn't handle business upgrades. I have to go in store, but as a regular customer I can upgrade and take new contracts telephonically! Now I want to leave this ridiculous company and cancel my contract the same thing applies! I can not get a response from ***. Shocking service!
