Absolutely No Service at all!!

I have been calling Telkom technical support for 2 days now, about 5 -6 times per day, being on hold each time for no less than 45min before hanging up. The longest was 1.15min.<br> I eventually selected the sales and marketing option just to speak to someone, it took 30 sec for someone to answer the phone.<br> I'm sorry but this is crazy, I would like to know what the technical support employees do each day cause as far as I can see, the internet is full of complaints about the service!!!<br>
