Absolutely No Response to Online Transaction

I app**** for the March special online which included data, tablet and phone - absolutely no response!<br> Why even bother with online shopping if you blatantly refuse to transact and even worse after submitting my confidential and private information.<br> I'm also interested in other services of yours but why would I want to transact with an institution that won't even respond to their submission process as a potential client - what happens when I've signed the contract, would I get any service? NOT HAPPY!<br> I demand that the transaction I entered into with yourselves be honoured!
