Absolutely no regard for customers

I ordered the R199 Huawei P8 deal online. I was notified that I was approved. The following day my account was debited with the first installment. It has now been over three weeks and I still have not received my device. I've tried the call centres, and no one can help me or they just don't answer. I've spent close to 4hours now holding lines. I've tried their online help centre, also to no avail. They simply tell me they will log a call or send an email. No one ever calls me back or informs me as to the progress of my query or device for that matter. This has been the single most painful and exasperating experience I've ever had with any company.
