Absolutely no answer of calls or stock

I app**** for an upgrade about 3 weeks ago at your Table View branch for both contracts i hold with you guys.<br> The phone 's i requested was the Samsung Note 5 in gold, i was told<br> it will arrive in 2 days? Still havent heard anything????? i have tried to call basically every single Telkom store in CPT to find out myself which store has stock of this specific phone so i could go collect from there but NO-ONE answers, i went to the store yesterday again to follow up and still no one has stock or no-one knows when stock will be arriving? Please advise? As i am leaving the Country soon for work and am wanting it before then.
