Absolutely Horrible Service

<p>I used to be quite happy with Telkom, but the past 2 weeks I have seen what everyone else is complaining about. ADSL line has been down for a week and a half and everytime I call I get a different story from the call center. Technicians has not bothered to come out even after 4 different technicians has been assigned to the fault. One did bother to phone and all he said was I need to reset my passowrd, which will help absolutely nothing since the line is dead.</p>
