Absolutely furious!!!!!!

Absolutely furious!!!! We have been without connection since the 1st of December!!! Technician installed line on the 17th and then it coupd not connect as they cancelled pur number. A new number was given to us (with an outstanding amount- we had to pay- we did...and will fight for the money back - again!!!). They said 24 hours and our service will be activated...we are now at the 3rd of January and it is still not activated!!!! The one excuse after the other one- no one knows what to do- or how to do their job!!! The supervisors- one would have called me back and the other one has me on the line for 44min now!!!! Waiting waiting waiting!!!! This is total garbage! I cant beleive this is a company that you pay for a service and not get anything!
