ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

After struggling with several other Telkom departments and getting nowhere, I thought all hope was lost. But then Nontuthuko Phungula, from the Telkom website division entered the fray.<br> <br> She produced the the best service that I have received from any company / person in a very very very long time, I greatly appreciate her help and would like to commend her for being an absolute pleasure to deal with!!<br> <br> Nontuthuko was, amongst others, exceptionally -<br> <br> 1. Kind;<br> 2. Knowledgeable;<br> 3. Efficient;<br> 4. Diligent;<br> 5. Understanding.<br> <br> This is an employee that went the extra mile and displayed great integrity and character in doing so, please inform her superiors that I am very grateful and appreciate that Telkom has employees like her (she is an example to all of us).
