Absolutely disgusting telkom!!!!!

Telkom are absolutely disgusting! no customer service and take you for a complete ride- we first tried to upgrade in Dec and then told us the one number had been cloned by a business account. WE then had to go get affidavits etc from the police to prove this was not us- how did they allow this in first place!!!? then this magically disappeared and we tried to upgrade again- the WOODLANDS store Nkandi was MOST UNHELPFUL and put us through the entire process only to say there was no stock and he didnt know when there be avalable again. At this time we told him to cancel it and we left with NO DEVICE! We then went back in april and after also wasting almost an hour our time Nkandi again told us sorry there was no stock with no time in site as to when stock would arrive. He then Proceeded to ACTIVATE A NEW CONTRACT without us signing anything, without our ID being presented and WITHOUT GIVING US A DEVICE- DO not use telkom ever, absolute scoundrels and good luck getting hold of them! Going to the store in person to deal with these ******* useless ****s! never again!
