Absolutely disgusting service!

Disgusting! After standing in line for 54 minutes I am told I can’t take a contract as I owe telkom R5737 from 2013! What **** is this?! I am given a “toll free” number to call which 40 minutes in no one picks up and my minutes finish! Disgusting service I demand answers as this is bull****! I have 2 cellphone contracts right now all up to date and paid for this R5737 is news to me! I want answers now!
