Absolutely disgusting!
<p>Worst service ever! You guys have the most pathetic client service I have ever experienced and to top it off your call center agents are the rudest bunch of people o have ever come across. No telephone etiquette whatsoever! Not only do they have no customer service, they don't know how to address clients properly and have the poorest product knowledge I have ever come across. The attitude is amplified with no provocation. I think it's absolutely disgusting that a paying customer is made to feel like they're being done a favor when they call the Telkom call center. </p>
