ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I spent over 25minutes waiting for my call to be answered on 10210. This is totally unacceptable from any kind of bussiness this large in South Africa. Then the final joke was, that when I eventually got hold of a person to speak regarding my problem......I got cut off. I am in tears......telkom you should really employ more people for peak times. PLEEEEEAAAASE !!!!!
