Absolutely disgusted with Telkom's service!!

My WiFi has been out since the 24th of June 2021, the issue was logged on the 25th, went into the store to be told I'll receive a call waited for the call but nothing. 2 days later I logged the problem through their website and got the reference number ***8, not only did the technicians arrive they stood around and didn't fix anything because our cables were ****** til now the cables haven't been fixed and numerous technicians have come and gone without fixing the issue
