Absolutely Disgusted with Telkom and Nu-Debt Management Every single day without fail, I receive a threatening message from Nu-Debt Management stating: "NOTICE: A summons may be served, and a court order granted for an amount of R606." Firstly, this amount has been paid. Secondly, my account was never even in arrears to begin with. And even if it had been—is this the way you engage with customers? Threatening, harassing, and bullying people with daily messages as if you're running some kind of back-alley operation? This is not just bad service—it’s inhumane and disgraceful. I honestly believe cats and dogs would know better how to treat people with basic decency and respect.To Telkom: Is this the type of partner you choose to represent your brand? And to Nu-Debt: Learn the meaning of professional conduct and customer service. I am beyond fed up. This is harassment, and it needs to stop.
