I Got retrenched 22 Januarie 2020 I asked Telkom to cancel my WiFi router contract, The contract was supposed to lapse on March 2020 , I have been at Telkom carnival mall 5 times to try and sort this out ,Everytime I go their they say the put in a query,This is a joke. I phoned telkom call centre a few times,it seems like they have a hearing problem, as everytime I phone they say they can't hear me and drop the phone, I figured out they only work till 13h00 that's why they are rude and wanna go home,Helo Telkom it's April 2021 and still no answer or Anything You do debits when ever you feel like and guess what I'm gonna keep on reversing your payment this problem is dew to *********** staff , I have a suprise for you .
