Absolutely bad service re our Adsl line in Krugersdorp

<p>Our Adsl line has been down since Monday in Kenmare in Krugersdorp. A colleague at my wife's work has the same problem and kids at my Son's school have the same problem. Yesterday the 10201 line told me that a fault has been logged and The technicians are working on the exchange. Today they say no fault was logged and that there wasn't any problem in the area. So they log another fault and say a technician will phone me. Exactly the same garbage spoken every time!! <br />Isn't there just one service in South Africa that actually works??</p> <p>Gary Van Der Walt<br /> ********** 106</p>
