ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE

I Have been trying to phone Telkom Vincent park for a week. The Phone is never answered. I then hauled myself to the branch because they are unavailable on the phone where i went to inquire about the Smart Broadband wireless deal that was advertised (R399.00 for 20 gig) with the LTE wireless router<br> <br> 1. I walked into the store to do an application where i was told they don't have stock so they will not do my application till stock arrives.<br> 2. The lady couldn't tell me when stock would be arriving but they were willing to sign up deals on a offer there is no stock for<br> 3. The professionalism of the lady was appalling. she couldn't assist with any questions that i had asked her<br> <br> <br> i am unable to contact the store because NO ONE answers the phone and i want to know what is happening with my application!!!!<br> This offer is not available online with the router and sim and connection so i am FORCED to go into the store and deal with *********** people.<br> <br> I am so disgusted at how the store is being managed and how customers are being dealt with
