ABSOLUTELY A JOKE!! DO NOT USE TELKOM!

Once again Telkom manages to win the WORST service reward ever!!!! been waiting 2 weeks for a call back!! no one calls me, no one puts in any afford or nothing! I am just going to spam the **** out of social media of the HORRIBLE service! I have never experienced this type of service seriously its shocking!! I have requested for my line to be put into the holding pool so that I can get rid and away from telkom but cant even manage this!! its been more than 30days and no feedback, no calls, spend more than 30min on hold from mobile airtime (expensive) then they cant help me as the manager is not at her desk?? I will not even recommend you guys to my worst enemy! absolutely a JOKE!!! stop apologizing for the inconvenience if you are the inconvenience!! I will continue to spam all social media until someone will solve my query!!!
