Absolute worst service from Telkom

Our Telkom internet and phone services stopped working in may 2020. After trying to get hold of a consultant and trying numerous times to log an issue on app and website during the course of 2 weeks I decided to get a alternative service provider. Still to this day I'm struggling to cancel my subscription at telkom. I don't have a contact and they keep on billing me on a monthly basis. Do not under any circumstance sign up for any service at Telkom you will be with them forever.
