Absolute **** -Worst provider- DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely shocking service, no email contact and impossible to get through to them via calling, you either get taken in circles by the automated option system, even if you purposely select a different department just to speak to a human, not very competent ones i have to add, to ask them to put you through to where ever it is you want to get to with ZERO luck.

I even requested through my DSP to contact them to contact me and they said it is the clients responsibility to contact Telkom they WILL NOT phone back. BUT WHEN YOU PHONE ITS THE SAME F&%king circle of phone options and redirects.

WORST provider
