ABSOLUTE USELESS SERVICE

<p>I went online on the 29th May 2017 and app**** for a Telkom uncapped subscription, I received an SMS to say I have qualified for the service and would receive a phone call within 24 hours, The 31st I decided to phone them to find out what was going on as I have not received a call as yet from anyone at Telkom, yes 72 hours later and still no phone call, I then decided to see what other providers there are and that can assist me in getting internet to my house set up, And within a few minutes of sending emails to various other providers I received a call,</p> <p>On the 5th June 2017 (yes a week later I receive a call from Telkom and said they received my application after filling it in for the second time today) The lady I spoke to sounded like she did not belong in a call centre as she could not assist me with any of my questions, she said there is no 4mbps lines available in my area and only 2mbps lines available, I then asked her to give me a price on the 2mbps line and also provide me with the price of the line rental and yes once again she could not answer me and said I need to go to a Telkom shop to get more information from them.</p> <p>I then asked her to speak to a supervisor on manager on duty who would be able to assist me, she said she will transfer my call to her supervisor, I held on for about 20 minutes before someone dropped the phone. </p> <p>So yes now they got my banking details as I filled the form in for the 4mbps line and still do not have any internet connection.</p> <p>Believe me if any money goes off from my account to Telkom I will take it further and get my attorney involved as this is utterly nonsense to receive service like this from a company that’s been in the industry for so many years,</p> <p>I will also look at alternative service providers for my business.</p>
