Absolute useless service

Most difficult and *********** service ever encountered. Line out for more than a week. Had three agreed appointments with the supposed Technician, not one time they pitched up. Any means of trying to find out ends with totally nothing. All you get if you are lucky is "sorry for the inconvenience". Trying to cancel the service, no means available to do so. I have not encountered such a bunch of useless service suppliers ever. All they do is hiding behind a faceless call centre worth nothing. Technicians as ************* as their service.
