Absolute unbelievable TERRIBLE Service

For the last 40 days I am trying to cancel my Telkom month to month subscription. NEITHER the Internet or mobile app option to cancel a contract is working. I've stayed on the line for 90 min to get someone from the service desk to assist me and then the lady just said she cannot assist me and put me back in the queue.

I really do not understand why Telkom is such a TERRIBLE Service Provider. Without customers they will not have any business but they just do not care.
