Absolute terrible experience with telkom mobile

It was an absolute frustrating week trying to get telkom to assist me , I have trying to get to billings and accounts department with no success, my debit is not reflecting on their side even tho I sent thru proof of payment 3 times to 3 different email addresses. Which now I'm with 2 suspended lines for absolute no reason n still no feedback or anything plus my December balance was debited early without notice or permission but yet I'm unable to access my phones . I have been a telkom mobile client for almost 10 years and this service is sad to say but its nothing but pathetic and uncalled for .
