Absolute sh*te service

Can Telkom please explain why their "internet" keeps going off every other day? I put internet in quotations because their definition of internet seems rather ambiguous at the moment. Like they're not sure what service they're supposed to be providing. I understand some problems are expected (it is Telkom after all) but please get your damn sh*te together. We're not paying just to watch money go off our account for fun. Some of us have to work from home nowadays so having your internet work which is what we pay for seems like a pretty fair deal don't you think Telkom?
