It is 11 May 2020 today. On 29 Nov 2019, we asked Telkom to make changes to our business account. But will they do anything? I speak to the most helpful consultants but nothing ever gets done. Reference ***A refers. Sending emails to *** achieves nothing, but that is the only way we are allowed to ask for an amendment. You may not dial them and neither may the consultants. What a mess.
