Absolute Pathetic Service

Absolute pathetic service. When trying to speak to someone no one is competent enough and keeps telling you UNFORTUNETLY we can not do this, UFORTUNETELY we can not help you with that. They keep debiting my account that I only use for debit orders, after making cash payments and every time they charge you with a fee and the bank charges you for unpaid debit order but no one can resolve the matter.
