Absolute pathetic service!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get Telkom to sort out my account since the 13th of August 2018. Everytime I phone I get a different story. I am now soooo frustrated I don't know what to do anymore. I have been with Telkom now for 25 years plus and I am absolutely dissgusted in their service????
