Absolute non-existing Internet

<p>Hi... I have a 10mb internet line through Vox Telecom incl line rental, but obviously, my ADSL line and telephone line is through the only company you can have it, Telkom. This is the problem. My internet for most of the time, does not exist, my ping is never dropping below 535 ms when I want to use it online. My streaming is worse than when I had a 4mb line, my 10mb line is now only syncing at 8mb, which even Vox informed me, is not correct and the problem is coming from Telkom. Vox has been responding and assisting me within 24 hours of me logging an issue. However, when you try to get hold of Telkom, it is impossible. I phone, from my cell, and I have to sit 40 mins which ends up with someone that does not even know his/her job. 40 mins wasted and knowone at any telkom shop can help me, as there answer is, you need to phone Telkom. Really??? This is the reason, when LTE becomes available in my area, I will immediately cancel Telkoms services as there is no service. Prove me wrong, I DARE YOU!!!!!! I even heard from a source at Telkom, that they have big problems in the Despatch Eastern Cape area, but when asking them about it they know nothing... and it is all my neigbours, my friends, family in the whole region with the exact same problem. So it isnt just me... people are fed up. Everytime someone asks me about what internet they must get, I IMMEDIATELY tell them just do not get anything through telkom, not even a landline because they will warn you that you need to pay your bill, but they will not tell you there is a problem on the line, they are working on it. Disgusting</p>
