Absolute no communication between any departments nor customer appreciation.

I had recently come out of a 24month contract for a Wi-Fi home package and contacted Telkom to find out the process I should follow to have the contract cancelled.

I received a cancellation form from a agent, filled it in and emailed it through to the address given, to which I received a email stating receipt of my cancellation form and the matter will be resolved within 21 days.

A month and a half later I received a invoice from Telkom stating that my account will be debited which indicates the contract has not being cancelled. I followed this up with numerous calls to Telkom to which two separate agents asked me to send through the cancellation form I had sent through previously in order to get the matter sorted.

One month later and again I received a invoice stating my account will be debited. This is when I decided to visit a Telkom store. ( Pavillion) I spoke to the manager and he agreed that I should once again send through the cancellation form, this time to him.

One month on and well, i receive a invoice from Telkom. Inbetween all of this, I have been phoning Telkom and querieing if anything had been marked / noted against my account ( according to their records) to which the answer was always no.

Three weeks ago I decided to write a post on Telkoms Facebook page. This got a instant response and was told to yet again send my cancellation form through to the provided email address. Two weeks on and I received my latest invoice from Telkom, called the Telkom and was again told that nothing had changed. Again wrote a post on Telkom Facebook page with no results.

What do I do next? How do I my money back from these *******?
