Absolute lack of service from Telkom

<p>A faualty Telkom line was reported on 27/12/2016 and a reference numbe was given, Ref No: 115CRZ271216. It was promised that the fault would be fixed in 2 days. This line is of an elderly lady who heavily relies on this Telkom line. We have called daily and Telkoms response is always "it has been handed over to the technicians...". This level of service is disgusting! It is not as if we could go to another service provider and get it fixed, we are tied to Telkom, who dont do anything about it! Telokom know this and thus have an absolute "don't care attitude".</p>
